Vanessa N. Rodriguez from Vinyasa in the Vines and Lead Yoga Teacher Trainer of Yoga Therapy Education will lead an hour-long yoga class and A. Retief Wines will pour you a delicious GLASS AFTER CLASS!
Alex Retief has opened the first fully-functioning and city-based commercial winery in Sydney, and Vinyasa in the Vines is delighted to be a part of his visionary and community building endeavors.
Located at Sydney's ENTERTAINMENT QUARTER next to Fox Studios in Moore Park with parking, and not too far a walk to Light Rail, this venue is easy to get to and there's loads to do before or after.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Full-bodied yoga that will leave you feeling velvety and supple followed by a glass of wine that will keep you coming back to taste more. The wines are hand-crafted and adventurous, just like our yoga classes.
Like A. Retief Wines, Vinyasa in the Vines yoga classes are fun and approachable. These yoga classes are for everyone, even if you’ve never done yoga. We cater to both beginners and progressives alike.
Teaching internationally for almost 20 years, Vanessa, your Instructor, like Alex, the Winemaker, has an experimental attitude toward yoga. We’re both a little “out of the box” which is why this collaboration works for everyone. We like to incorporate Old World and New World philosophies and in the yoga, different aspects, styles and traditions.
One size does not fit all in yoga. Vanessa leads Yoga Teacher Training, teachers Workshops and Holds Ceremonial Space and likes to blend classical yoga practices with a hybrid mix of all the styles she's practiced and taught over the last twenty years.
One taste does not fit all in wine. A. Retief Wines offer an adventurous label that sources grapes from cool-climate regions of NSW including Tumbarumba, The Hilltops and the family’s biodynamic vineyard in Gundagai. Natural Wine your thing? Come try Vanessa's favorite.
Your body and your taste buds will be richly rewarded in this community-driven endeavor. You’ll leave with a soft finish. What could be better?
