I have access to the Estetica space WEEKDAY MORNINGS. Estetica hides behind lush greenery and is located just off of Pyrmont Bridge Rd. at 2-4 LOWER Sterling Cct. and on the other side of Izakaya Shogun.

Classes weave aspects of Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Yin & Restorative Yoga. Simply put, I TEACH YOGA. I’m a stickler for safe practice and this means that the earlier classes avoid extremes. ALL LEVELS WELCOME.

Students describe my classes as inclusive & challenging, consistently nourishing, organic & profound, intuitively sequenced and without ego or dogmatism.

BYO YOGA MAT. Mat hire $2 and coins are preferred.

SINGLE CLASSES are $28 and concession prices require evidence

4 CLASS SUBSCRIPTION is $105 to be used within 28 days, ideal if you’re only coming once or twice a week

8 CLASS SUBSCRIPTION is $200 to be used within 28 days for those looking to save a bit more
