If you missed out on this month’s earlier NEW MOON CEREMONY, don’t fret. The next FULL MOON CEREMONY SOUND + RESTORATIVE YOGA SESSION will be just as luxurious!!

Together, in Ceremony, we harness the light of the FULL MOON. In deep healing reflection, we’ll gather and rest.

FULL MOON CEREMONY: JUNE 16, 2019

This 2 hour session includes Therapeutic Sound, Ceremony and Restorative Yoga. In both sessions we will Open Space, Make an Offering, Share intentions, Celebrate and Close in Conscious & Sacred Ceremony.

RESTORATIVE YOGA uses bolsters, blankets and blocks to comfortably support longer holds and deeper relaxation. This is the Yoga of Healing.

SOUND HEALING uses vibration and frequency to communicate with the body’s fascia. Neuroscientists consider fascia the “pathway of consciousness in the body.” Fascia is everywhere both inside each cell and outside of every tissue. Sound welcomes harmonious change and possibility inside of us.
