We will harness the energy and light of the full moon to release, look within and be thankful. This is the best time for introspection. We will reflect on what 2018 has offered and use this time to release and leave behind what is no longer serving us. Together, we will pull the weeds, so that we can begin the New Year with the space to plant and sow new seeds. Together, in ceremony, we yield to the Full Moons call to nurture and explore.

Join me for one or both Lavish Lunar Restorative Flow classes. Each 2 hour session will include an hour long class and something special to walk away with. In both sessions we will Open Space, Make an Offering, Share intentions, Celebrate and Close in Conscious & Sacred Ceremony.
