THIS UNIQUE TRAINING INCORPORATES BOTH YIN AND RESTORATIVE YOGA TO PREPARE TEACHERS AND STUDENTS FOR DOING MORE THAN THE OBVIOUS because doing only one type of yoga in every single class is no longer enough. Review the latest in Anatomy & Physiology to understand why offering more options more often contributes to LESS INJURY AND MORE OVERALL BENEFIT. Understand how to prop for relief, comfort and less strain.
Mellow Flow, Slow Yoga, Kundalini and Long Slow Deep techniques are also offered in this Yoga Teacher Training.
Learn a more refined and sensitive way to incorporate touch and assisting within the private or group class setting. Improve upon already existing assisting skills and learn No-Hands Assisting for more Trauma and Life-Sensitive situations. Utilize Craniosacral Therapy, Shiatsu and other massage techniques in all class types. This module offers applicable and appropriate Visionary Touch and Assisting Techniques for the teacher who wants to get involved on a deeper and more relevant level.
